UNITED KINGDOM

We offer FREE DELIVERY to Great Britain and Northern Ireland addresses on ALL PRODUCT ORDERS OVER £150.00 (Inc VAT). Orders under £150, a standard delivery charge of £5.20 (Inc VAT) will be added.


We can deliver to the Republic of Ireland, products will be charged minus VAT. We use DPD for deliveries to the Republic of Ireland and charge £10.00. DPD will contact the recipient when they have the order and will request a handling fee to be paid. Orders will not be delivered unless you have paid the import fee via DPD. Delivery times are approximately 5 working days.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the rest of the world

DESPATCH TIMES

Orders received before midday Monday to Friday, will be despatched the same day, subject to product availability and promotions. Orders received after this time will be despatched the next working day, provided we have your item in stock.

SHIPPING METHODS

We use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For and Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Working Day for UK deliveries under 2Kg. If your order is over 2Kg, we use DPD couriers.

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver on two occasions. If no one is available to sign for the order they will leave a card with instructions on how to collect the package from your local depot. If no attempt is made to collect, the goods will be returned to us and we will refund your original payment method for the products, but not the delivery charge.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

To track your parcel, simply click on the link in the email and you’ll be directed to the carrier website. If you can’t locate the tracking email, please make sure you’ve checked your spam and junk folders.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We cannot accept liability for orders that do not arrive within the above timeframes.
