Beauty Product Online Terms and Conditions ("Agreement")

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders. To register on the site and to place orders you must be aged 18 or over. By ordering goods, you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. You may contact us at this email address info@beauty-product-online.co.uk we are open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on our site. Your continued use of the site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Where we mention Ireland, this excludes Northern Ireland.

Please review this agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to this agreement or any changes to this agreement, please do not use or access the site.

Your Order

Products found through internet resellers such as eBay, Amazon or Strawberrynet.com have no relationship whatsoever with our company and are not authorised resellers.

We cannot vouch for the authenticity or condition of the products sold on these sites, and we do not take any responsibility for purchaser dissatisfaction.

ORDERS & CONTRACT

Your order for goods is accepted and a contract is formed between BPO and you when we despatch the goods you have ordered and not before. A contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been taken from you by BPO, nor at the point in time that you receive an email from BPO acknowledging receipt of your order. Until the goods are despatched the order may not be accepted by BPO, or may be cancelled by you. Following formation of the contract, BPO shall continue to own any goods ordered until it has received payment in full from you, even though the goods may have already been delivered to you. Purchases from www.beauty-product-online.co.uk will be charged the day the goods are ordered.

Orders placed after midday or over a weekend or public holiday will be will be despatched the next working day.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Under Consumer Regulations you have the right to cancel your order as long as you do so no later than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter or email within a period of 14 days beginning on the day after the day you receive your goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. You should return goods to us in their original packaging, within 14 days of informing us of your wish to cancel. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage. See Cancelling Your Order section for details of how to return goods to us.

We cannot accept substitute or alternative items by way of returns, nor are we able to send them back to you, so please look closely at the items you return to us. If you return or attempt to return substitute or alternative items, you will still be responsible for paying for the original item purchased and we reserve the right to charge an investigation fee of no less than £50 to cover the cost of our investigating the position. We can offset this amount due from other sums that may be due to you for refunds. Accepting returned goods and/or crediting an account does not constitute a waiver of our right to charge an investigation fee. Full details of how to return goods can be found in the Cancelling Your Order section. Delivery charges will not be refunded if you return your order.

DESCRIPTION & AVAILABILITY

We take all reasonable measures to ensure that details and descriptions of products given on this website are as accurate and complete as possible. All products are subject to availability. In the event products are unavailable they will be cancelled from your order and you will receive a refund for the item(s).

PRICE

For goods being delivered to Ireland (not Northern Ireland), prices will appear in your cart with the VAT deducted, but may be subject to taxes and duties before delivery.

The cost of your order will be the price of the products plus the appropriate delivery charge outlined in the Delivery section below.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered, including any variations in the rate of VAT.

By notifying you, we shall be entitled to cancel any contract in whole or in part to the extent that it is for the purchase of a product the price of which was stated incorrectly on the website.

Delivery

For orders to the UK, the cost of delivery is £5.20 (Inc VAT) For orders delivered to an address in Ireland (not Northern Ireland), the cost is £10.00 (no VAT applicable)

We aim to despatch your order the same day if received by midday, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be despatched the following working day.

Over our busy periods our standard delivery services may be affected.

No delivery service is available on a bank holiday or the day following a bank holiday.

We are unable to deliver to countries outside the UK and Ireland or to PO Boxes.

Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation. Recipients of deliveries made in Ireland (not Northern Ireland) may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry fees. Any customs or import duties are charged once the products reach the destination country and these charges are your responsibility and must be paid by the recipient. Eden has no control over these charges.

POSTAL DELIVERY

The standard Royal Mail next working day delivery service applies to orders under 2Kg to most UK addresses. For deliveries to Ireland (not Northern Ireland), please allow 5 working days.

COURIER DELIVERY

The standard next working day delivery service applies to most orders over 2Kg to mainland UK addresses. For orders going to Northern Ireland, a 2 working day service is used. For Ireland (not Northern Ireland) deliveries, please allow 5 working days. Delivery may take place between 7.30am & 7.30pm. You should receive a text/email from the courier giving you an estimated time of arrival.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We cannot accept liability for orders that do not arrive within the above timeframes.

Returns & Refunds

You may return items purchased from our website in a new and unused condition for a refund. If you wish to return item(s) you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day after you receive the goods), you then have 14 days to return the items along with the Returns Advice Note to the address on our Contact Us page. If you paid for the order by credit/debit card or PayPal, any charges incurred by us will be deducted from your refund. We aim to issue the refund for returned products, minus any delivery charge, within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.

Please ensure you send the items(s) using a tracked service, as we cannot issue a refund if the parcel goes missing.

Faulty Products

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. Please contact us on info@beauty-product-online.co.uk with your name, order number, product name, size and LOT Number (which can be found on the bottom of the product or on the outer box) and a brief description of the problem. We will then do our best to assist you.

Ways to Pay

We accept payment with all major credit and debit cards.

We use PayPal as our payment gateway because it has an encryption feature that protects your data to the highest possible standard of security.

You do not need a PayPal account to purchase products.

The taking of payment from you by BPO under any of the means set out above does not indicate that a contract has been formed between you and BPO. By completing and submitting the electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Payment will be refunded to you if your offer is later refused or rejected by us.

Promotions, Free Gifts & Discounts

GENERAL

We cannot apply promotions, free gifts or discounts to orders placed outside the advertised start and end dates, or if the promotional code is not added to the COUPON CODE box at the checkout stage. We reserve the right to withdraw any promotion, free gift, discount or offer, early, at our discretion.

PLEASE NOTE - ONCE A COUPON IS ADDED, A NOTIFICATION WILL SHOW THAT YOUR CART HAS BEEN UPDTAED.

YOUR CART WILL NOT SHOW THE FREE GIFT OR PROMOTION BUT WILL SHOW ANY DISCOUNT APPLICABLE.

PROMOTIONS

From time to time we run promotions and offers that are exclusive to www.beauty-product-online.co.uk

Only one promotion can be used per order.

Promotional items that you purchase do not qualify nor count towards your cart value in order to redeem further promotional items. From time to time certain products may be excluded from current promotions and any such exclusion will be notified to you through a notice on the website or by email.

Excluded products will not count towards any qualifying conditions for offers and will not benefit from any promotional discount.

All promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last. We reserve the right to end a promotion at any time.

We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.

FREE GIFTS

We may offer free gift promotions on the website. In order to claim a free gift you must quote the relevant code in the COUPON CODE box in your cart when placing your order.

Taxes and duties may be payable by you in respect of free gifts sent to Ireland (not Northern Ireland).

Where a free gift is offered subject to a minimum spend, delivery may still be payable and shall not count towards a minimum spending requirement.

If you qualify for a free gift by satisfying a minimum spend threshold and you decide to return some of the goods purchased (and not the free gift) and therefore reducing your order value below the minimum spend threshold, we reserve the right to charge full retail price for the free gift. This amount will be deducted from any refund due back to you for the returned items. Similarly, where a free gift is offered subject to the purchase of a specified item, if you decide to return the specified item, you will need to return (at your cost) the free gift to receive a credit or refund otherwise we reserve the right to charge full retail price for the free gift and deduct this amount from any refund due back to you.

Gifts are limited to one per customer unless otherwise stated. Only one gift can be claimed with each order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. We reserve the right to substitute with a product of equal or greater value in the event that stock of a selected gift item becomes unavailable.

Free gifts will automatically be added by our warehouse and will be dispatched with your order.

DISCOUNTS

Where an online offer states that a discount is given on a purchase of a stated percentage, the discount given will only be applicable to qualifying products. Supplementary charges such as delivery will not be discounted.
